The Germs of African Soil - Pillars of womanhood!!!!!

If "being my own boss" was a person it would have definitely been these two women, Tebatso Molapo and Thobeka Mbeje, They have  taken womanhood and entrepreneurial world by full force, Lets go through their journey and see what the future unfolds.
In celebration of women we are kindly taking you through to the world of entrepreneurship led by women and what they have encountered, but before  I introduce you to that platform i would like to remind our kings and queens that Gender Based Violence is not a thing of the past but is something that is destroying the future for women, there is no safety now in their own universe, So i urge everyone to take a stand against Gender Based Violence because the future is women!!!

Thobeka Mbeje is a sociable, intelligent and friendly Aquarian business woman, she was born and bred in a small town called Vryheid in Kwa-Zulu Natal, She comes from a fun, crazy and loving family, She is an active humanitarian that enjoys reading booking and browsing through YouTube. When she was in university she used to organize birthday parties for her friends and also panned baby showers. It was all fun and games until the feeling grew fond of her, She became eve n more excited when started working as a concierge agent at a hotel, she gained enough experience by sharing all the love stories and decorating the rooms for the guests, this pushed her to start her own business. "from there i realized that, this is it!  This is where my dreams are hidden" said Thobeka and that's when Sui-Generis/ Eat boutique concierge was born.

When she started her business she was "all hands on deck" she did her own administration, bookkeeping and marketing. This was one of the challenges that kept her going because she was determined for success and in her own opinion being a  success woman is all about sharing your entrepreneurial stories, especially when you started from nothing to something also by building a firm relationship with clients and other business operators, even though she learned that to some people success is only valid when you're filthy rich but in her simple world success is happiness and satisfaction.  Thobeka is enjoying life to the fullest since she has realized that it is heartwarming to run her own business and she shares with us that being pioneer means being an innovator, someone who sees potential and have ideas to share with everyone, but as far as the entrepreneurial world is concerned we are pioneers, we have dreams and we have ideas, but the only thing that separates a normal person and pioneer is the amount of execution and the eager of pushing boundaries.

To sum some of her achievements,  Thobeka has hosted a romantic picnic for a couple from the UK and also when she hosted a year end function for Spornet, she considers this as the biggest event she ever has hosted , she is proud of being a woman in this world because of how women carry themselves, the content they create, it shows that a lot of women what to see each other win. "ITS COLLABORATION OVER COMPETITION, AND THAT'S BEAUTY OF WOMEN IN BUSINESS" she said.

"
If I had super powers, I would
be a creator - The ability to creating anything and everything from nothing -THOBEKA

Founder and managing director of Rebasadi
"If I had super powers I would bring healing in all capacities in the world!"
-TEBATSO

Tebatso Molapo is a 24- year old entrepreneur born and raised in Limpopo, Burgersfort, Tebatso grew up in an entrepreneurial family. Her parents had a tuck shop so some days she would go too the shop and assist, During the age of 16 her sister had a spa and that's where she was knack for women empowerment started revealing itself.. She decided to host a nail party, even though only two people showed up but she did not lose hope because that seemed more like the beginning of the new venture. In 3 years time she came up with the concept Re Basadi meaning "We Are Women" and her journey began.
Being from a family of women had influenced Tebatso positively in viewing women and the strength they carry. She became fully baked and supported by by women she lived with, She knew from the word go, that women have so much power when they support each other

Tebatso has been challenged by imposter syndrome, it really delayed her from tackling into the new person that growth has introduced to her, she is being held back by time whenever she wants to achieve a certain goal, but with the amount of confidence she has she is willing to  fight this challenge (imposter syndrome) so that she can bring all her ideas to life again.
Knowing how far she has come, it keeps her motivated all the times, because she has to fulfil her long term goal which is building Re Basadi HQ. "Patience, resilience and determination, knowing that failure is a part of business is also something that will give an extra push when things seem to be crumbling." said Tebatso defining success.
When Tebatso hosted #AFlowery2020 in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg, She could not believe that her 2 year planned goal has been accomplished and she safely say that this is the biggest event she has ever hosted
"Being a tough leader.  Being able to guide those around you who want to enter the space you have discovered without hindering anyone"  Explained Tebatso, what  being pioneer means to her.
